When you use internet research features, your research query and limited business context may be sent to the configured AI provider so it can search current sources. BusinessBuilder AI stores source links, short summaries, and citation metadata, but does not store full webpages by default.
External webpage content is treated as untrusted. Research results are read-only and cannot approve purchases, publishing, payments, account changes, or third-party actions.
When restricted browser tasks are enabled, screenshots of the isolated controlled browser session may be sent to the configured AI provider so the agent can inspect visible public pages. Screenshots are stored outside the public static folder, require authentication to view, are not used as long-term memory, and are designed for limited retention.
